Role Description The Application Supervisor AI/LLM & .Net is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of applications that leverage AI, large language models, and .Net technologies. This position oversees the technical design and implementation of application features, ensures integration with existing systems, and monitors performance, scalability, and security. Day-to-day tasks include supervising a team of developers and technical staff, reviewing code and solution designs, coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translating business needs into technical specifications. The role also involves troubleshooting complex application issues, providing guidance on best practices in AI and .Net development, and collaborating with operations and customer-facing teams to support service delivery. The Application Supervisor contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and training to ensure consistent, high-quality application support across Xceed’s operations.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

- Good knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
