WE’RE HIRING | Sales Supervisor – Printing & Packaging

Kalisse Print House is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor with 5–7 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales activities and follow up on sales performance and targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Expand the customer base within the printing and packaging market.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales orders.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and other internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline progress.
• Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales within the printing and packaging industry.
• Proven experience in paper packaging and folding carton packaging is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales supervisory role is required.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and identify business growth opportunities.
