Job Summary

Were looking for an experienced Call Center / Tele-Sales Supervisor to join our team.

Location: Nasr City

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise the Customer Service / Tele-Sales team.

* Monitor daily performance and ensure high-quality customer service.

* Set sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly targets.

* Track KPIs analyze reports and provide regular feedback.

* Train motivate and support the team to maximize productivity.

* Handle escalated customer cases and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* 24 years of experience as a Call Center Supervisor Tele-Sales Supervisor or Customer Service Team Leader.

* Previous experience in *medical clinics or aesthetic clinics is a must.*

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to coach train and develop the team to improve performance.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

* Experience in creating action plans monitoring performance and analyzing team results.

* Excellent communication problem-solving and reporting skills.

* Good command of Microsoft Office.
