The Role

We are seeking fluent Arabic (Egypt) speakers to participate in a high-impact AI training initiative. Unlike standard data entry, this role focuses on live human-to-human connection.

You'll be paired with another participant to engage in natural, flowing conversations, which will help train the next generation of conversational AI. This is a short-term "sprint" project with high availability requirements.

Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay $30/hr per AI task completed. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.

What You'll Bring

• Native / advanced fluency: Verifiable experience and birth country for the Egypt region
• Technical readiness: A willingness to complete a paid TestGorilla language assessment and a dialect verification check
• Availability: Ability to commit to 30–60 minute blocks of uninterrupted conversation during the 3-week project window
• Tools: A reliable internet connection, a quiet environment for calls, and a PayPal account for payment

What You'll Be Doing in the Role

• Live pairings: You will be matched with another participant for 1-on-1 verbal or text-based exchanges
• Dialect authenticity: Use your natural Egyptian Arabic dialect to discuss various topics provided by the researcher
• Collaborative learning: Help the AI understand the nuances, slang, and cultural context of Egyptian Arabic through real-world interaction
