Role Description The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. The role will also involve reviewing and improving internal controls, coordinating with external auditors, and providing financial analysis to support management decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Badr City.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS), financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data, prepare clear reports, and present findings to management.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the cosmetics, manufacturing, or consumer goods industry.
