Job Description

• Review and manage preliminary and detailed designs, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure alignment with project execution requirements.
• Prepare, review, and approve shop drawings in coordination with design and site teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications and architectural standards.
• Handle quantity surveying tasks and review material submittals against project specifications.
• Manage the RFI process, issuing and following up on Requests for Information to resolve missing, unclear, or conflicting design data.
• Ensure all project documentation and execution comply with building codes, design intent, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience in technical office tasks (shop drawings, quantity surveying, BOQs, material submittals, etc.).
• Experience in Fit-out projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
