Role Description

The Sales Specialist (Streaming Services) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, Egypt. In this position, the specialist engages with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell streaming service packages, upgrades, and add-ons, focusing on understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions. The role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions, explaining product features and pricing, addressing questions, and resolving basic service-related concerns in collaboration with customer support teams. The specialist is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions and agreements, and following established sales processes and compliance guidelines. Day-to-day activities also include participating in training and coaching sessions, staying current on streaming service updates and promotions, and contributing feedback to improve sales scripts and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customer groups.
• Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a customer-centered approach.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals within a target-driven environment.
• Experience in sales, adhering to KPIs, and contributing to team sales goals.
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs, quickly applying new product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced contact center or sales environment, preferably within technology or streaming services.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or sales support systems.
• Relevant experience in tele sales, or customer-facing roles; prior experience in subscription or media services is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; strong listening skills and a professional, inclusive demeanor.
