Job Description

• Supervise the daily activities of sales representatives and monitor target achievement.
• Prepare sales routes, customer visit plans, and territory coverage schedules.
• Accompany sales representatives on customer visits and support negotiations.
• Identify potential customers and support the opening of new accounts.
• Monitor product availability, customer orders, and payment collections.
• Prepare sales reports and coach team members to improve performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience, including team supervision.
• Background in homecare products; insecticide experience is preferred.
• Previous experience at Johnson is highly preferred.
• Experience with distribution companies, retail chains, hypermarkets, or manufacturers.
• Strong leadership, customer relationship, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the field and directly support business development.
