Job Objective: The Security Team Leader oversees daily security operations at company sites, monitors incident response, and ensures the protection of personnel and assets. They supervise security staff and CCTV operators, and monitor the implementation of security policies and procedures in coordination with the Security Manager. Scope of Work: Administrative buildings, warehouses, dark stores, and factories. Responsibilities: Site Security Management: Ensure the implementation of security plans and procedures at company sites. Monitor entry and exit procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors. Ensure the efficiency of CCTV cameras, and oversee their maintenance and installation at new and existing sites. Conduct inspection rounds to ensure the presence of security personnel and their commitment to their duties. Monitor any shortage of security personnel and coordinate with the Security Manager to address it. Prepare and follow up on shift schedules and leaves in coordination with site officials. Supervision of Security Personnel: Distribute daily tasks to security personnel and site supervisors. Ensure adherence to uniforms, appropriate appearance, and the availability of required equipment. Monitor the performance of security personnel and prepare periodic reports on it. Monitor attendance, shifts, and adherence to work schedules. Manage attendance data on the HR system and approve requests within the scope of responsibility. Review monthly attendance reports and send them to the HR department. Handling Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to incidents and emergencies at company sites. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, such as theft, damage, malfunctions, or violations. Coordinate with external entities, such as the police and civil defense, through the Security Manager when necessary. Reports and Safety Monitoring: Prepare weekly and monthly reports including observations, risks, and corrective actions. Review and analyze reports received from security supervisors. Identify security vulnerabilities and propose appropriate solutions. Follow up on security-related correspondence in coordination with the Security Manager. Inspection and Auditing: Conduct surprise inspection rounds to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Review security logs, attendance, and relevant documents. Ensure the availability and functionality of fire safety systems and equipment, such as fire extinguishers and alarm systems. Internal Coordination and Vendor Management: Coordinate with different departments on security-related matters. Handle employee complaints and escalations related to security. Full oversight of vendor management. Training and Development: Train security personnel on emergency procedures, access control, and security report preparation. Ensure new employees receive appropriate induction training before starting work. Compliance with Policies and Procedures: Ensure all sites comply with approved security policies and procedures. Participate in the preparation and updating of standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications and Skills: Higher education qualification, with a police or military background. Excellent communication and interaction skills. Accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong leadership and team management skills. Readiness to travel between different sites according to work requirements. A Security Team Leader is required to oversee security in administrative buildings, warehouses, stores, and factories. Tasks: Supervise security personnel and camera operators, monitor shifts and attendance, secure sites, handle incidents and emergencies, prepare reports, and monitor vendors. Conditions: Higher education qualification, police or military background, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and travel between sites.
