We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven Business Development professional to expand the offline presence and commercial opportunities of a leadership advisory, management consultancy, and executive coaching business.

The mission is to turn professional visibility and market relationships into tangible business opportunities, paid engagements, and long-term strategic partnerships.

- Identify and secure paid speaking engagements at conferences, summits, business forums, universities, and corporate events.

- Build relationships with CEOs, business owners, CHROs, HR Directors, event organizers, conference producers, chambers of commerce, and professional associations.

- Generate leads and secure corporate workshops, leadership development programs, executive coaching, and management consulting assignments.

- Proactively approach companies and decision-makers to present services and develop new business opportunities.

- Establish strategic partnerships with training providers, consulting firms, event organizers, and business communities.

- Manage the business development pipeline from prospecting and outreach through meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.

- Maintain a structured CRM and provide regular reports on qualified leads, meetings, proposals, confirmed engagements, and revenue generated.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate partnerships, or event partnerships.

• Strong network within Egypt’s corporate, executive, HR, and business communities.

• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive hunter who can open doors, create opportunities, and convert relationships into revenue.

• Commercially minded, target-driven, organized, and comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.

• Experience in corporate training, consulting, executive education, or professional events is a strong advantage.
