Armanious Foundations is the CSR arm of the EVA Group, founded by Dr. Mounir Armanious, including EVA Cosmetics, Akhnaton Trading& Distribution, and EVA Pharma. The Foundation drives sustainable social impact through four key pillars: Healthcare, Education, Economic Empowerment, and Humanitarian Aid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor project work plans, activity schedules, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery
  

• Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of educational activities, including field visits to Wadi El Natrun, classroom monitoring, and the provision of required resources and logistics
  

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with teachers, school representatives, parents, community members, team members, and external partners
  

• Monitor project performance, indicators, attendance, budgets, and progress against targets; identify challenges, recommend corrective actions, and escalate significant risks when necessary
  

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, attendance records, and activity reports, while ensuring compliance with Foundation policies and safeguarding procedures
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
  

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, implementation, or educational programs; NGO/nonprofit experience is preferred
  

• Strong communication skills, with good written and verbal English proficiency
  

• Excellent organizational, planning, follow-up, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and willingness to travel to Wadi El Natrun 2-3 times per week (a car is available)
