Role Description The English Second Language Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The instructor will deliver CEFR-aligned lessons to small groups of 3 to 5 learners, focusing on speaking practice, workplace communication scenarios, and personalized feedback. Daily responsibilities include facilitating interactive sessions using the academy’s ready-made curriculum decks, leveraging AI-powered tools for lesson notes, and monitoring learner progress across levels A1 to C1. The role involves conducting diagnostic assessments, guiding learners through structured learning pathways, and collaborating with the academic team to maintain consistent instructional standards. Instructors are expected to uphold a professional training environment and promote a culture of active engagement and measurable learning outcomes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
• Candidates should possess skills in general Teaching and Curriculum Development.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Linguistics and applied language instruction.
• Native-level or near-native fluency in English, with clear pronunciation and professional communication style.
• Experience with Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and adult or executive learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, TESOL, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is preferred.
• Strong classroom management, feedback delivery, and learner assessment abilities.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-enabled platforms to support teaching and learner tracking.
