Tech Shop - Joyroom Company announces the opening of recruitment for the Field Sales team. Required regions: (Cairo and Giza – Delta Governorates – Upper Egypt Governorates – Canal Governorates). About the job: We are looking for professional sales talents with strong experience in field sales and distribution of mobile accessories (Joyroom, Awei, 1Hora) to open new accounts and manage and develop the existing customer network. (Package): - Basic Salary: Determined based on the applicant's experience and efficiency, starting from 7,000 EGP and reaching up to 15,000 EGP for those with significant experience and exceptional abilities. - Uncapped Commission System: A competitive commission system starting from 1.5% and increasing gradually up to 3.65%, with the 3.65% rate continuing on any sales exceeding the 350,000 EGP bracket with no maximum cap on commission. - Periodic competitions and prizes: Monthly bonuses for highest achievement and quarterly motivational competitions. - Travel and accommodation allowances: Full coverage of transportation, housing, and living expenses during field trips in the governorates. - Health and social insurance. Basic requirements: - Experience of no less than 2 to 3 years in field sales (preferably in the field of mobile accessories, smart devices, or consumer goods). - A proven track record of achieving sales targets (KPIs) and the ability to build and expand the network of merchants and customers. - Very high skills in negotiation, persuading merchants, and managing customer relationships. - Ability to travel and commute according to field route plans for the governorates.
