Tech Shop - Joyroom company announces the opening of recruitment for the Field Sales team. Required regions: (Cairo and Giza – Delta Governorates – Upper Egypt Governorates – Canal Governorates). About the job: We are looking for professional sales talents with strong experience in field sales and mobile accessory distribution (Joyroom, Awei, 1Hora) to open new accounts and manage and develop the existing customer network. (Package): - Base salary: Determined based on the applicant's experience and efficiency, starting from 7,000 EGP and reaching up to 15,000 EGP for those with significant experience and exceptional capabilities. - Uncapped Commission system: A competitive commission system starting from 1.5% and rising gradually to 3.65%, with a continuous 3.65% rate on any sales exceeding the 350,000 EGP bracket with no maximum cap on commission. - Periodic competitions and prizes: Monthly rewards for the highest achievement and motivational quarterly competitions. - Travel and accommodation allowances: Full coverage of transportation, housing, and subsistence expenses during field trips in the governorates. - Health and social insurance. Basic requirements: - At least 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in mobile accessories, smart devices, or consumer goods). - A proven track record of achieving sales targets (KPIs) and the ability to build and expand the network of merchants and customers. - Very high skills in negotiation, convincing merchants, and managing customer relationships. - Ability to travel and move according to field route plans for the governorates.
