Bar/Floor Assistant required (experience is not a prerequisite). Responsibilities and Tasks:· Cleaning and organizing tables and seating areas immediately after customers leave, and maintaining the cleanliness of the place and the bar constantly.· Preparing, heating, and cutting ready-to-serve desserts and sandwiches according to our quality and presentation standards.· Assisting other team members during busy hours and peak times to ensure speed and regularity of work.· Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the place and the equipment in general to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for customers. Requirements and Skills:· High energy and a passion for customer service.· Commitment and punctuality are a prerequisite, along with regular attendance and responsibility at work.· Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm to be part of a growing project, with a willingness to learn new work methods while the venue is being established.· Previous experience in cafes, restaurants, or cleaning and preparation services is an added advantage, but not a basic requirement; we are ready to train the right person!· Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help and cooperate.
