Role Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Periodically clean and prepare kitchen tools and equipment to ensure their readiness for use.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, floors, and dishwashing areas in accordance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Assist the culinary team with preliminary ingredient preparation when needed.
• Manage waste disposal in a safe and organized manner.
• Receive inventory and arrange it in cold storage or dry storage in compliance with company policies.
• Strict adherence to food safety and personal hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of practical experience in a similar environment or working in kitchens.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical fitness for a role that requires standing and continuous movement.
