The Club Security Manager - Security Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and operational execution of all security and safety protocols within a single club. This role ensures a safe and secure environment for all members, staff, and visitors. The manager oversees security personnel, implements emergency response plans, and enforces strict health and safety standards across all club premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Operations: Supervise the daily activities of the club's security team, including personnel scheduling, patrols, and surveillance monitoring.
• Health & Safety Management: Implement and enforce the club’s health and safety policies, ensuring all areas and activities comply with internal and external regulations.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop, test, and maintain emergency response plans, including fire drills and incident protocols.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security and safety audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Incident Response: Act as the on-site incident commander for all security and safety incidents, ensuring a swift and effective response.
• Technology Oversight: Manage the club’s security technology, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, ensuring they are fully functional.
• Training: Provide training to all staff on security and health and safety procedures.
• In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in security management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, OSHA) are a plus.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in security or health and safety management, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably in a multi-site or large-venue environment.
• Expertise in physical security, risk assessment, and crisis management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security plans.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for managing crises and training staff.
