Hr Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for medical and non-medical roles.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring priorities.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn job boards medical networks ERP System.
  
• Screen interview and evaluate candidates effectively.
  
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in recruitment preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and performance metrics.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in English is required.
