As the IT solution architect lead for DIH internal business applications and solutions, you will define, govern, and evolve the architecture of applications, system integration, and technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technology standards, information security requirements, Deloitte technology strategy, and regulations.

In collaboration with the information security manager, you will jointly lead the Technology Operating Model Board, working with business and technology stakeholders to manage architectural compliance and technology risks, and drive consistent decisions across the organization.

You will translate business and functional requirements into scalable, resilient, secure, and supported solutions. You will ensure that applications and solutions architecture supports business continuity, scalability, performance, and operational requirements. Your guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from concept and design through implementation and transition, is key to your role. You will use your strong communication skills to promote standards, reuse, simplification, and cost-effective technology solutions.

Essentials

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, management information systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Professional experience in solutions and applications architecture, as well as system integration.
• Strong experience designing and governing business applications architecture and enterprise integration.
• Proven experience with API, middleware, cloud, and on-premises technology architecture, as well as hybrid integration models.
• Experience establishing and operating a technology architecture governance framework and board.
• Strong understanding of information security, security architecture, infrastructure, data protection, and privacy-by-design principles.
• Solid knowledge of AI solutions, including data privacy, security, governance, access control, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant architecture certifications.
• Fluency in English.

Desirables

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with technology operating models, IT governance, and technology transformation.
