Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and project milestones.
Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Draft and enhance IT policies, procedures, standards, and workflows.
Prepare governance reports and support audit readiness.
Ensure successful project handover and documentation.
