Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for guiding clients through property sales, purchases, and rentals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, conducting property viewings, and advising on market trends and pricing. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records in line with company processes. The Property Consultant will also nurture client relationships, manage a portfolio of listings, and contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding KW RED’s standards of integrity and service.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients and navigate property transactions effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, negotiate offers, and close deals in a competitive market.
• Relevant experience in residential or commercial real estate in Cairo or similar markets is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and use real estate and CRM software effectively.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and market research.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
