Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the Role

INVESTIA CAPITAL HOLDING is seeking high-performing Senior Real Estate Sales Consultants with a proven track record in real estate sales and brokerage to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and property consultation to negotiation and deal closing.
  • Provide professional real estate investment consultations tailored to clients' needs and financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, generating referrals and repeat business.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of developers, projects, payment plans, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Achieve sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales and brokerage.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales achievements, high-value transactions, and strong closing capabilities.
  • Previous experience with reputable real estate developers or brokerage companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of New Cairo and East Cairo real estate markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
  • Owning a car is preferred.
  • Residence in New Cairo or nearby areas is preferred.
