Operations Supervisor Wanted – 7R’s Logistics Company 7R’s Logistics announces the need to hire an Operations Supervisor to join our team. Tasks and Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and monitor the movement of vehicles and drivers. Organize and distribute transport trips according to the operating plan. Monitor the execution of trips and ensure adherence to loading and delivery schedules. Communicate continuously with drivers and customers to resolve any operational issues. Monitor fuel consumption, operating expenses, and vehicle efficiency. Prepare daily reports and monitor the performance of drivers and vehicles. Coordinate with maintenance to ensure fleet readiness. Required Qualifications: 3 to 6 years of experience in the transportation and logistics sector. Previous experience in managing and monitoring a fleet of transport vehicles. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using Excel and operation monitoring software. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
