Position: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor / Manager

Responsible for managing warehouse and logistics operations within FMCG and food manufacturing environments, ensuring effective stock control, optimal warehouse capacity utilization, accurate inventory management, and efficient distribution of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatching of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Monitor and control stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability.
• Implement and maintain FIFO and FEFO inventory management systems.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and optimize storage space utilization according to operational requirements.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and prevent product expiry, damage, and unnecessary stock accumulation.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, planning, quality, and sales departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, delivery schedules, fleet coordination, and distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers and distribution centers.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with ERP system records.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, space utilization, order fulfillment, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and warehouse safety standards.
• Control loading and unloading operations and ensure proper handling of food and FMCG products.
• Develop warehouse procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Supervise warehouse teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor employee performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics.
