- An International Company in New Cairo- An experienced Security Site Leader to manage daily security operations, lead the on-site team, and maintain a safe and secure environment.:Key Responsibilities:Supervise security staff and oversee daily site operations.Ensure compliance with security procedures and site requirements.Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.Respond to incidents and prepare clear reports.Deliver presentations and security updates to management and clients.Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve security issues.:Requirements:At least 7 years of security experience, including team leadership.Good understanding of security systems and procedures.Good spoken and written English.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and handle emergencies.
