About the company: A leading company in the field of electronic payments. About the job: An experienced sales supervisor to work in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria governorates according to work needs. Job tasks: Supervising the sales team and monitoring their performance to achieve targets. Guiding and motivating the sales team and improving performance. Implementing sales and market expansion plans and strategies. Following up with customers and building strong relationships with them. Preparing periodic reports on team and sales performance. Training and developing sales team members. Job requirements: At least an intermediate qualification. It is required that the applicant has their own sales team ready to start immediately, at least 3 to 5 representatives as a start. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales. At least one year of experience as a Sales Supervisor. Experience in the field of electronic payments/FinTech is preferred; experience in Telecom or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is acceptable. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to achieve goals and work under pressure. Proficiency in using a computer.
