# Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Leading and directing the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Monitoring and developing the performance of representatives in the field.
  • Developing plans for expansion and increasing the customer base.
  • Ensuring the successful implementation of offers and marketing policies.
# Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the food industry.
  • Ability to lead, motivate the team, and achieve goals.
  • Good knowledge of sales and distribution methods.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage resources.
  • Residents of Luxor or neighboring areas are preferred.
