Paint and Finishing Supervisor needed for a company specializing in furniture manufacturing. Job Summary: Kayan Furniture Manufacturing Company announces its need to hire a Paint and Finishing Supervisor who possesses extensive technical experience in various types of paints and working with different types of metals, with the ability to supervise production operations, ensure the quality of final finishes, and lead a team of technicians efficiently to achieve production and quality goals. Required Qualifications and Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of industrial paints and finishes, preferably in furniture factories. Mastery and in-depth knowledge of various types of paints and application methods. Practical experience in dealing with various types of metals, their properties, and methods of preparation and painting. Staying updated with the latest technologies and materials used in the field of paints and finishes and keeping up with everything new. Proficiency in English at an advanced level (Advanced English). Core Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, guide, and motivate technician teams. Ability to make appropriate decisions and solve technical and operational problems. Outstanding skills in planning, organization, and workflow management. Ability to monitor the quality of paints and finishes and ensure they meet the required specifications. Ability to improve process efficiency, reduce defects and waste, and achieve the best production quality. Important Note: We are looking for a leader with strong technical experience, not just experience in executing paint work, with the ability to manage the team, make decisions, and take responsibility for the quality of the final product.
