We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join our legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in handling complex commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.

*Lodge and follow up on legal claims, defense memorandums, and settlements to protect the companys legal and financial interests.

*Collaborate with internal departments to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

️ Requirements & Qualifications:

*Bachelor of Laws.

*Minimum of 10 years of solid, hands-on experience as a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer, with a primary focus on commercial law and corporate practice.

*Extensive, proven courtroom experience Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.

*Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) with exceptional legal writing skills in both languages.

*Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
