• Supervise the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.

• Oversee quality inspection and testing throughout all production stages.

• Monitor the implementation of HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards.

• Investigate non-conformities and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the Quality Team.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure product quality and food safety.

• Prepare and review quality reports and submit them to the Quality Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science, or a relevant field.

• Proven experience in Quality Management within the Food Manufacturing industry.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position.

• Good knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
