Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing project team in the New Administrative Capital. In this role, you will work closely with senior project managers and site engineers to ensure the seamless execution of large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, monitoring progress against project schedules, and ensuring that all construction efforts comply with safety standards and engineering blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of on-site construction activities to ensure work is performed according to design specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and update daily/weekly project progress reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and execution of tasks.
• Review engineering drawings and documentation to identify potential discrepancies before they impact construction timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality control and adherence to building codes and project standards.
• Participate in team meetings and provide technical support for problem-solving on-site challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in construction project management or field engineering.
• A solid understanding of structural engineering principles, construction materials, and methods.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural and structural blueprints.
• Must be based in or willing to commute daily to the New Administrative Capital.

Required Skills

• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.
