Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support and deliver Finance & Controlling solutions across global projects. You will work with business stakeholders to design configure and optimize SAP FICO processes ensuring seamless financial operations and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP FI (GL AP AR Asset Accounting Banking) and CO (Cost Center Profit Center Internal Orders Product Costing).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FICO solutions.
• Manage FICO integration with MM SD PP HR and other modules.
• Develop functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
• Support endtoend project phases: design build testing cutover golive and hypercare.
• Handle month-end/year-end closing support and financial reporting needs.
• Conduct UAT deliver end-user training and prepare process documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 production support with timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore) and drive process improvements.

Required Experience

• 7 years of handson SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
• Strong understanding of core Finance & Controlling processes.
• Expertise in FI (AP AR GL AA Bank Accounting) and CO (Costing PCA CCA Internal Orders).
• Experience in crossmodule integration (MM SD PP).
• Solid experience with interfaces IDocs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to create high-quality functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
• Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal Fiori apps).
• Knowledge of New Asset Accounting Product Costing and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Prior consulting experience or participation in large-scale ERP programs.

Focus must be provided on building solutions and on maintaining optimizing and improving a clients applications and systems. Develop your knowledge in a business andoror industry domain and a Saas or Package Based solution. One can contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Module. Application Consultant is responsible for unit testing contribute to integration testing andoror be responsible for the design and delivery of end user training. Certification: Certification on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology as available
