Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling content marketing and social media with the ability to develop engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.
- Create develop and manage content across social media platforms.
- Develop content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Write captions scripts and creative content for various channels.
- Build content plans and monthly content calendars.
- Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for campaigns and brand activations.
- Present creative ideas and content concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings to explain strategies content directions and campaign ideas.
- Collaborate closely with marketing design and production teams.
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and emerging content formats.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Advertising Media or a related field.
- Previous experience in content creation marketing advertising or any creativity-related role.
- Strong creative thinking storytelling and content writing skills.
- Experience in developing content strategies and content calendars.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and stay up to date with social media trends.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience presenting creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to confidently participate in client-facing meetings and handle feedback professionally.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience in agency environments is a plus.
