Job Purpose

•Leading Data Science & Analytics development team in alignment with business and organization strategy using data science and business intelligence technologies to promote the organization growth and profitability, ensuring the return on investment and effective total cost of ownership. •Provide leadership and support in using advanced analytics to provide insights, automate business actions, boost campaigns engagement and revenue share and improve the speed and quality of decisions across the market. •Provide expertise in predicative and prescriptive statistical modelling, include\: standards and processes to prepare and explore data; design, build and implement models; and evaluate based on report model performance. •Recruit and lead a team of talented data scientists, engineers and analysts in accordance to Etisalat analytical needs and business objectives. •Data Science and Analytics team will operate as the center of excellence on actionable consumer / user insights in the area of Enterprise business unit and data monetization opportunities, pricing, commercial business intelligence, customer care, sales and IT technical team using data assets and infrastructure resources based on Hadoop and EDWH. •Developing the organization data & analytics roadmap el enable next best action – including defining new data assets , integration with source systems, data cleansing , data exploration , data modelling ( predictive models ) , deployment and generate insights.

Report To Position Name

•End to End accountability for (Data Science & Analytics) use cases and platforms to enable business objectives, break down the strategy into actionable initiatives. •Drive the design, development and implementation of our data science analytics platform to provide stakeholders with access to unstructured and relational data. •Collaborate in the Company data Strategy to assure harmony of the capabilities of Big Data, Analytics, Data Monetization& Campaigning Required and Customer behavioral profile. •Manage building descriptive models using various statistical modelling and predictive tools to elevate opt in rate and value associated with CVM activities. •Align section team members with business strategies and objectives, and ensure that company targets are translated into individual actions which are executed and monitored through proper KPIs. •Sponsor Vision/strategic direction to meet projected need of business departments Establish service standards and develop strategies to ensure meeting internal and external customer expectations and taking appropriate actions for improvement. •Authorize and prioritize budget spending according to company strategy Plan and control areas' budget (Capex & Opex) consumption, and ensure the optimal use of resources and cost effective alternatives are adapted. •Supervise the development RFPs for new major/strategic solutions and support managers to properly manage the vendor/suppliers to deliver the agreed solutions according to the requirements. •Demonstrate the return of investment value for the developed solutions and explain the need for new expansions in terms of cost and business value. •Manage the vendor relationships and negotiate effectively with them to ensure a win-win situation and successful accomplishments of tasks considering cost optimization without impacting the quality of the vendors' deliverables. •Encourage and support the planning for expansions and acquiring new technologies to serve Etisalat business requirements. •Coach line managers and team managers to communication with internal customers and work on any improvements needed. •Actively creates an environment that encourages decision making, personal ownership, innovation, teamwork and accountability at all levels & help individuals recognize and shape their own needs and potential •Spot and develop the needed processes and business frameworks to control the teams' activities and to align with the organization policies and procedures. •Steer the development and implementation to provide solutions and information to run the daily operations in order to create and evaluate business cases for\: Data Science & Analytics Use Cases Serving\: IT, Technical Department, Marketing, Internal and External Auditors, HR, Sales, Administration, Finance Revenue assurance & Fraud, Fixed Asset, Revenue Accounting, Budgeting and Treasury •Lead and participate strategic initiatives and critical designated to address Critical issue for the organization. •Develop and evolve a competent and agile development and fulfillment capabilities to support increasing customer value and revenues. •Ensure the integration between Analytics platform, campaign management system with different customer touch points and all IT Systems to provide needed campaigns, and CVM analytics to prevent any redundancy and to work towards one goal.
