Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Team / Tower Lead managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery
• Serve as a client-facing point of contact maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational performance
• Drive cost control and operational efficiency initiatives
• Lead and manage team activities including task allocation and performance follow-up
• Provide regular reporting on performance risks and improvements
• Identify issues proactively and ensure effective problem-solving and conflict resolution

Key Requirements

• 35 years of experience in operations leadership or service delivery roles
• Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
• Strong team management / operational leadership experience
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies
• Excellent communication presentation and reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Engagement Level Certification is a plus
• Exposure to architecture concepts is a plus
• Knowledge of automation tools or technologies is a plus
