About the Role:
DentistFind seeks an Operations Manager to ensure operational stability and excellence taking over daily management tasks from the CEO to focus on strategic growth initiatives. This role involves documenting processes maintaining accountability and fostering companywide cultural integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure stability and high standards.
• Develop and document processes to create a resilient operational system.
• Anticipate potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Lead cultural integration ensuring all team members understand and embody company values.
• Facilitate communication of the CEOs vision and philosophy across the organization.
• Build process systems for sales and marketing in collaboration with the CEO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management preferably in a technologydriven or marketing environment.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent decisionmaking and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in process documentation and systems creation.
• Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing remote and diverse teams.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) or Operations Management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
• Familiarity with marketing technology and automation tools.
• Experience in leading cultural integration initiatives in a multinational environment.
• Additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
