Telesales & Telemarketing Executive – Schools & Universities (Remote)

Job description

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and self-motivated Telesales & Telemarketing Executive to join our education outreach team in a remote position.

The role involves communicating with schools, universities, counselors, administrators, and education professionals through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schools, universities, and prospective partners.
• Introduce education services, programs, events, and partnership opportunities.
• Send professional follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Follow up with interested contacts and potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales and management team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Ensure potential opportunities are followed up consistently.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
• Build professional relationships with school and university representatives.
• Participate in online meetings, training sessions, and outreach campaigns when required.

This is a remote position. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, headset, and a quiet professional environment for making calls.

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call centers, customer service, sales, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in the education sector is an advantage but is not required.
