Job Description

Systems:

• Responsible for Leoni global IMS manual change management within the organization.
• Reviewing and maintaining local IMS manual.
• Responsible for new IMS releases.
• Accountable for governance of local processes performance tracking.
• Consultant for all country’s process owners on all IMS aspects.

Audit:

• Is overall responsible for all internal QM and external audit certifications (QM & SHE) within the production facility.
• Plans and ensures the follow-up for the internal audit plan within the organization.
• Performs audits to comply with internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulations.
• Verifies the effectiveness and the generalization of the corrective and preventive actions resulted from external and internal audits.
• Maintains the auditors’ qualification and performs the required auditors re-qualifications according to LEONI standards and customer requirements.
• Ensures the compliance of the plant facility systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949 and all local regulations.

Methods:

• Ensures with the Quality Operations team the identification and presentation of lessons learned and best practices
• Secures the evaluation of local application of lessons learned and best practices and checks continuously their implementation as well as their effectiveness
• Develops training programs in accordance with the global qualification matrix based on LEONI, customer requirements and local regulations
• Trains and coaches the organization for sufficient level of knowledge in Quality standards, tools and methods (e.g. 8D, QRQC, PDCA, QIP, PPAP, AQP, PFMEA, MSA, etc. )
• Ensures the availability of required number of trainers within the organization to perform quality tools training
• Assesses the respect of customer specific requirement and LEONI orientation towards FMEA tool (Updates, IS classification, Quotation respect, etc.)
• Organizes Quality contests within production facilities (e.g. QRQC competition, Best Lessons Learned, etc.)

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• (5-8) years of solid experience in the same or relevant field
• High Command of English Language
• Very Good Communication Skills
• High Sense of Problem Solving and Persuasion Skills
