Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Coordinator to join our team in El Quseir, Egypt. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our quality standards across all operations. The Quality Coordinator will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure compliance with quality requirements, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in quality assurance while contributing to organizational excellence.
- Monitor and verify product or service quality against established standards and specifications
- Coordinate quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits
- Document quality metrics, test results, and inspection findings in a systematic and organized manner
- Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
- Communicate quality issues and findings to relevant departments and management
- Implement and track corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns
- Maintain comprehensive quality records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Assist in conducting internal audits and preparing audit reports
- Ensure adherence to quality management system procedures and protocols
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and interpret quality metrics
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience with quality management software or data tracking systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques (preferred)
- Experience conducting internal audits or quality inspections (preferred)
