Overview Act as the day-to-day point of contact for active projects, overseeing end-to-end coordination between stakeholders (Sector owners, Strategic Global Insights, GBS teams) and external agencies where required. Responsibilities include brief alignment, proposal coordination, execution, and delivery of results. Serve as the subject-matter expert on how different 360AO tools are integrated to answer business questions in a compelling and engaging way. This includes creating story-led PowerPoint decks and presenting insights to local and global PepsiCo business teams. Core Expertise & Tools Change Compass framework (PepsiCo trends framework): Leverage self-serve tools to deliver insights based on stakeholder requests and connect relevant data sources across 360AO Responsibilities Project Delivery Brief & Proposal Alignment: Clearly define the business issue, secure internal sign-offs, and design the research path (tools, analysis approach, timelines, and agency scope where applicable) Execution: Ensure strong connectivity with analysis teams and/or agencies to deliver high-quality, in-depth outputs Delivery & Storytelling: Synthesize BIG data (what is happening) and THICK data (human motivations and drivers) into compelling narratives Own the creation of complete analyses and one-page summaries for all projects conducted People Responsibilities Manage the GBS 360AO team (currently 1 analyst) responsible for delivering ad-hoc queries from Sectors throughout the year Build and elevate 360AO capability within the team through coaching, training, and sharing best practices Supporting AO / Strategic Insights Global agenda Define ways of working within GBS/ Strategic Growth Insights / sectors to deliver high quality and inspiring outputs Qualifications Experience in working on Trends and Foresight project E.g. Pre and Post COVID impact, consumer trend changes, etc. Experience in Big Data / Social listening tools is preferred. Experience in projects involving flavor innovation, trending ingredients, health benefits, consumer behavior. Demonstrated skills with written communication especially in PowerPoint and email Strong verbal and written communication English and Arabic Ability to run consumer research analyses alone by leveraging various available data sources Ability to learn quickly new tools and start working in the different ways enabled by these tools (leverage the self-serve platforms)
