تفاصيل الوظيفة
Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for optimizing operations within the dynamic world of fashion retail? M&A Apparel Group — home to The Blanks, The Blanks Her, and Supplied, our manufacturing and sourcing arm — is seeking an exceptional Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is an exciting on-site, full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our end-to-end supply chain, from fabric to finished product to the shelf.
Overview:
As our Production & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operational excellence, ensuring seamless flow from production to delivery. Your single most important responsibility: our on-ground showrooms — Locally, Lokal, Go Native, and others — always have exactly the stock they need to hit their sales targets. You will own this end to end, and you carry sole responsibility for whether our on-ground sales targets are met. If you thrive on challenges and possess a meticulous eye for detail, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Own Showroom Performance: Track daily sales at every on-ground showroom against target, and treat any gap as your responsibility to close. This is the core measure of your success in this role.
Manage Stock Flow Between Warehouse and Showrooms: Continuously monitor stock levels at each showroom, identify fast-movers before they run out, and coordinate restocks in time to protect sales. When a showroom is overstocked or a style is underperforming, pull stock back to the online warehouse so it isn't sitting idle where it can't sell.
Orchestrate Production Schedules: Plan, monitor, and coordinate production activities with our factories and workshops to meet deadlines and quality standards for our fashion lines.
Optimize Supply Chain Flow: Manage the entire supply chain, from raw material and fabric sourcing to final distribution across our online warehouse and on-ground showrooms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Strategic Purchasing: Execute purchasing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage factory and vendor relationships to secure the best terms and quality for materials and services.
Robust Stock Control: Oversee inventory levels across all channels, implement effective stock control measures, and conduct regular audits — reconciled against Shopify — to minimize discrepancies and optimize warehousing.
Analytical Insight: Use sales and stock data to identify trends, forecast demand by showroom, and recommend where stock should move next before a shortage or surplus happens.
Logistics Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics between factories, the warehouse, and each showroom, ensuring efficient transportation.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout production before anything ships.
Skills & Technologies:
You'll draw on expertise in Logistics, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Purchasing daily. Proficiency in Fashion Retail Operations, Stock Control, and Inventory Management is essential, along with strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort working inside Shopify's inventory system. Strong data analysis capabilities will be key — you need to read sales numbers fast enough to move stock before a showroom sells out or gets overstocked.
Growth Opportunities:
We're committed to your professional development. This role offers a clear path for advancement — deepen your expertise in supply chain optimization, retail operations, and strategic sourcing as M&A Apparel Group expands its showroom footprint and production infrastructure.
Team & Culture:
Join a collaborative, fast-moving team where your contributions directly show up in the numbers. We foster a dynamic environment focused on hitting targets together, and this role sits at the center of that — the person who makes sure product is always where the sales are.
Impact:
Your work is the difference between a showroom hitting its target and missing it. You're not just managing logistics — you're directly accountable for whether our on-ground sales goals are met, and you're the one making sure every store has exactly what it needs, exactly when it needs it.
Requirements
Relevant Experience: 2–4 years of progressive experience in Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations, with fashion or apparel experience is a must.
Local Network: Existing relationships with local factories, workshops, and suppliers — you'll be negotiating pricing and lead times from day one.
Core Competencies: Demonstrated proficiency in Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, and Stock Control across multiple retail locations.
Analytical Acumen: Comfortable reading sales and stock data to forecast demand by showroom and act on it before a shortage or surplus happens.
Operational Tools: Strong Excel/Sheets skills and hands-on comfort with Shopify inventory; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills — you'll be dealing with factories, suppliers, and showroom partners in the same week.
Language: Fluent Arabic, good English.
Education: A relevant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
Ownership Mindset: This role carries sole accountability for whether our on-ground sales targets are met — we need someone who treats a stockout or a missed target as their problem to solve, not someone else's.
