We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in customer communication, order follow-up, and coordination, preferably within the garment manufacturing or textile industry.

• Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate with customers and follow up on their orders and requirements.

• Coordinate sample development and ensure that customer comments and revisions are properly followed up.

• Follow orders from confirmation through production, preparation, and shipment.

• Coordinate between customers and internal departments, including Production, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse, and Shipping.

• Monitor order and delivery schedules and communicate any delays or changes.

• Prepare and maintain order and sample status reports.

• Follow up on customer approvals for samples, fabrics, colors, specifications, and other product details.

• Ensure that customer requirements and comments are clearly communicated to the relevant departments.

• Follow up on order-related issues and coordinate with the concerned departments to find solutions.

• Maintain accurate and organized customer and order records.

  • Support the company in maintaining strong and professional customer relationships.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Coordination, or Order Follow-up.

• Experience in Garment Manufacturing, Textile, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle urgent customer requirements.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
