• Coordinate with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of tenant fit-out works.

• Review and coordinate tenant fit-out drawings, layouts, and technical submissions.

• Ensure tenant works comply with approved designs, mall standards, technical requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Monitor tenant fit-out activities and site progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project schedules.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues, deviations, and non-compliance.

• Coordinate with tenants and contractors regarding technical requirements, approvals, and site-related issues.

• Review material submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and other technical documents related to tenant works.

• Follow up on approvals, comments, revisions, and required corrective actions.

• Coordinate MEP, architectural, civil, and other technical works related to tenant fit-outs.

• Ensure proper coordination between tenant requirements and the mall's existing infrastructure and facilities.

• Monitor the quality of executed works and ensure compliance with approved standards.

• Prepare inspection reports, progress updates, and follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with the mall management and relevant departments to resolve technical and operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations during tenant fit-out activities.

• Follow up on project handover, snagging, and closing of outstanding works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  
  • Proven experience in Shopping Malls / Retail Projects / Tenant Fit-Out is required.
  
  • Strong knowledge of construction, fit-out works, and technical coordination.
  
  • Experience in reviewing drawings, technical submissions, and site execution.
  
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with tenants, contractors, and consultants.
  
  • Ability to manage multiple tenant requirements and coordinate several activities simultaneously.
  
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
  
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
