About the Company: Office Mix Online is a company specialized in trading office supplies and equipment, operating in the Egyptian market since 2000. An Accountant who meets the following conditions: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting major, from an Egyptian or foreign university. At least three years of experience in customer accounts and generating electronic invoices using specialized accounting software linked to the tax system. Proficiency in operating them and basic Microsoft applications. Proficiency in working with electronic tax invoices, whether on the Tax Authority portal or through ERP software, is an essential requirement to apply for the position. Full familiarity with all tax forms required to be submitted according to the specified periods. Required Job Duties and Responsibilities: Record and follow up on all sales and purchase transactions, generate monthly statements of account for suppliers and customers, and track supplier payments or customer receipts. Track and record all treasury transactions, including cash or check receipts and disbursements, as well as all bank transactions and monthly bank statement reconciliations. Review and track all inventory operations, conduct periodic physical inventory of the company's warehouses, and reconcile stock cards. Handle all operations on the Egyptian Tax Authority system, and organize and coordinate work with the company's legal accountant office. Full responsibility for maintaining and archiving company documents in an organized and proper manner.
