Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Personnel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commerce, with a basic understanding of personnel administration, payroll processes, and accounting-related tasks.

This role is suitable for an entry-level HR professional who is eager to develop their expertise in personnel management, employee records, attendance, and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee personnel files and records.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel documents, and HR forms.
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and vacations.
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll and reviewing salary-related data.
• Coordinate with the accounting team regarding payroll, deductions, and employee financial records.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
• Support the preparation of social insurance and other personnel-related documents, as required.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding personnel and payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR Personnel, Payroll, or a related administrative role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing.
• Good understanding of employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Preferred: Candidates residing in Cairo or New Cairo.
