We are seeking a Furniture Showroom Manager responsible for leading and directing all daily operations within the showroom to achieve predefined sales and profitability targets. The role includes overseeing the sales team, ensuring high-quality visual merchandising (VM) for furniture pieces and accessories, managing inventory in coordination with warehouses, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that enhances brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Performance Management:
  Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the showroom.
  Monitor daily sales reports and analyze best- and least-selling products to maximize profit margins.
  Directly intervene to close major deals (Key Accounts) or resolve complex customer issues.
• Showroom and Visual Merchandising Management:
  Supervise the arrangement of rooms and interior decor (Living, Dining, Bedroom) to highlight furniture aesthetics, color harmony, and lighting.
  Maintain impeccable showroom cleanliness and ensure the safety of displayed items from scratches or damage.
  Manage seasonal promotions and discounts, updating price tags and technical specifications regularly.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  Train sales staff on consultative selling skills, furniture materials (woods, fabrics, leathers), and customer service techniques.
  Schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and evaluate team performance periodically.
• Logistics and Inventory:
  Track inventory movement and conduct audits of displayed and stored items to prevent shortages or damage.
  Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and installation departments to ensure timely and high-quality order deliveries to customers.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in retail showroom management, preferably in the home furniture, decor, or interior design sector.
• Education: Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or Applied Arts).
• Personal Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software (ERP Systems), pricing/accounting, discounts, and social media management.
