Zoho Creator Trainer Intern

Job Summary

Pinerium is seeking a motivated confident and learning-oriented Zoho Creator Trainer Intern to support training delivery learning content development user enablement and knowledge transfer activities focused on Zoho Creator and low-code application development.

This internship is designed for candidates interested in SaaS applications low-code platforms business process automation training and digital transformation. The intern will work closely with Zoho Trainers Zoho Creator Developers Consultants and Implementation Teams to gain hands-on experience in training preparation workshop facilitation user onboarding application demonstrations and learning management activities.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn enjoys helping others develop new skills possesses strong presentation abilities and is passionate about empowering users to build business applications using Zoho Creator.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & User Enablement

• Assist in conducting Zoho Creator training sessions workshops and onboarding programs.
  
• Support user enablement and knowledge transfer activities.
  
• Help explain Zoho Creator features application-building concepts and automation workflows.
  
• Assist in answering participant questions during training sessions.
  
• Support user adoption and learning engagement initiatives.
  

Training Content Development

• Assist in preparing training materials presentations exercises and learning resources.
  
• Support the creation of user guides manuals and knowledge base content.
  
• Help develop practical assignments assessments and hands-on learning activities.
  
• Assist in updating training materials based on product enhancements and user feedback.
  
• Ensure training content accuracy and consistency.
  

Zoho Creator Application Support

• Assist in building simple Zoho Creator applications and workflows for training purposes.
  
• Support form creation report generation dashboards and workflow automation activities.
  
• Help demonstrate business use cases and application development concepts.
  
• Assist in testing training applications and learning environments.
  
• Support continuous improvement of training labs and practical exercises.
  

Learning Management & Coordination

• Assist in organizing training schedules workshops and learning activities.
  
• Support participant registration attendance tracking and training records.
  
• Help collect and analyze training feedback and evaluation results.
  
• Assist in preparing training reports and performance summaries.
  
• Support learning program administration and coordination.
  

Learning & Professional Development

• Participate in Zoho Creator product training and train-the-trainer programs.
  
• Learn low-code development concepts business process automation and instructional techniques.
  
• Stay updated with Zoho Creator features SaaS technologies and digital transformation trends.
  
• Participate in Pinerium Academy learning programs.
  
• Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science Information Systems Business Information Systems Information Technology Engineering Education or related field.
  
• Strong interest in Zoho Creator low-code platforms training and business automation.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
  
• Confidence in speaking and engaging with groups.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to learn quickly and explain concepts clearly.
  
• Basic understanding of databases workflows forms or application development concepts.
  
• Familiarity with Zoho Creator low-code platforms or business software is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and presentation tools.
  
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  
• Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
  
• Must be a non-smoker (all types).
