Zoho Trainer Intern

Job Summary

Pinerium is seeking a motivated confident and communication-oriented Zoho Trainer Intern to support training delivery learning content development user enablement and knowledge transfer activities across the Zoho ecosystem.

This internship is designed for candidates interested in SaaS applications CRM systems corporate training business automation and digital transformation. The intern will work closely with Zoho Trainers Consultants Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Teams to gain hands-on experience in training preparation workshop facilitation user onboarding content creation and learning management.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & User Enablement

• Assist in conducting training sessions workshops and onboarding programs for Zoho users.
  
• Support user enablement activities and knowledge transfer initiatives.
  
• Help explain Zoho features workflows and business processes to end users.
  
• Assist in answering participant questions during training sessions.
  
• Support user adoption and learning engagement activities.
  

Training Content Development

• Assist in preparing training materials presentations and learning resources.
  
• Support the creation of user guides manuals and knowledge base content.
  
• Help develop training exercises assessments and practical learning activities.
  
• Assist in updating training materials based on product enhancements and user feedback.
  
• Ensure training content accuracy and consistency.
  

Learning Management & Coordination

• Assist in organizing training schedules workshops and learning activities.
  
• Support participant registration attendance tracking and training records.
  
• Help collect and analyze training feedback and evaluation results.
  
• Assist in preparing training reports and performance summaries.
  
• Support learning program administration and coordination.
  

Zoho Product Knowledge & Research

• Learn Zoho applications business workflows and best practices.
  
• Assist in researching new Zoho features updates and training opportunities.
  
• Support the development of learning paths for users and customers.
  
• Help identify common user challenges and recommend learning solutions.
  
• Participate in solution demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  

Learning & Professional Development

• Participate in Zoho product training and train-the-trainer programs.
  
• Learn instructional techniques adult learning principles and facilitation skills.
  
• Stay updated with SaaS applications business automation and digital transformation trends.
  
• Participate in Pinerium Academy learning programs.
  
• Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration Education Human Resources Information Systems Business Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  
• Strong interest in training learning and development SaaS applications and business technology solutions.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Confidence in speaking and engaging with groups.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to learn quickly and explain concepts clearly.
  
• Basic understanding of CRM systems business processes or software applications is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with Zoho applications learning platforms or business software is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and presentation tools.
  
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  
• Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
  
• Must be a non-smoker (all types).
