About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to manage our retail motor insurance clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless post-sale experience fostering long-term client relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Guide new motor insurance clients through the onboarding process ensuring they understand their policy details and benefits.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  
• Proactively manage policy renewals ensuring timely communication and client retention.
  
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  
• 13 years of experience in customer success account management or customer service preferably within the insurance or automotive sectors.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Very Good verbal and written English skills
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs ensuring a human-centered approach in all interactions.
  
• Attention to detail organization skills and high sense of responsibility.
  
• Ability to manage pressure and solve problems proactively.
  
• Building client relations and trust through continuous support and helping them achieve their objectives seamlessly.
