Company Description The Warehouse | Backend Operations is a logistics-focused operation dedicated to efficient storage, movement, and handling of goods. Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for handling daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming shipments, unloading goods, and verifying documentation and quantities. The Warehouse Specialist will prepare orders for dispatch, pack items securely, and organize products on pallets or storage locations to maintain orderly inventory. The role includes performing inventory control tasks such as stock counts, tracking discrepancies, and updating records in warehouse systems. The Warehouse Specialist will operate manual or powered pallet jacks safely, follow all safety guidelines, and coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets and deadlines. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying deliveries, processing documentation, and coordinating outbound shipments. Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to handle goods safely, prepare orders, and organize products for storage or dispatch. Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control, including stock tracking, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should possess skills in operating a Pallet Jack and handling materials safely within a warehouse environment. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems are beneficial. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow standardized procedures are required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or backend operations is preferred but not mandatory; relevant vocational training or certifications are a plus.
